The High Speed MAP Conditioning Unit is an advanced, plug-and-play mobile post-gassing system designed for extreme fast Modified Atmosphere Packaging (MAP) of pallet-sized, semi-bulk packaging. Combined with the patented vQm High Speed valve, this powerful (208~230V – 50/60Hz) unit can reach vacuum levels less than 100 hPa. This makes that MAP conditions can be achieved inside big bags or pallet-size wraps within minutes. By using subsequent vacuum/injection cycles, it is the most efficient post-gassing system available. For extreme conditions and fine, dense products (e.g. powders), an XL version (400V – 50/60Hz) is available. Stainless steel plating & frame, with food grade finishing, is optional for both units.
Modified Atmosphere, inside a high-barrier packaging effectively protects your cargo against moisture, mould, oxidation, and pests without having to rely on chemical fumigation or conditioned warehousing.
A perfect solution for headache-free storage & delivery of your products, anywhere in the world, in best condition possible!
The unit is fully CE certified.
Create a controlled atmosphere inside the big bag, to eliminate insect infestations and reduce external moisture ingress, mould development and oxidative quality deterioration during storage and transport.
A eco-friendly protection method using or that eliminates pests in all life forms and prevents quality degradation without relying on harmful pesticides or chemical fumigation.
Increase the shelf life and maintain the original quality of your cargo by the modified atmosphere.
A low-maintenance, mobile plug-and-play solution that lowers operational costs by using the external gas ( or ) in the most-efficient manner possible, while eliminating expensive product spoilage, return claims, and recurring chemical treatment fees.
Engineered for high-volume logistics, enabling operators to flush, seal, and secure a semi-bulk big bag within minutes. As the conditioning unit is on wheels, it can be used anywhere after the packaging has sealed
By extending storage stability and preserve product quality, it gives more flexibility in when products are shipped or sold. This enables you to make decisions based on demand, logistics or when market conditions are more favourable.
The High Speed MAP Conditioning Unit is specifically engineered for:
Extend shelf life for rice, coffee, flour, spices, and snacks. Our MAP solution removes oxygen to halt oxidation and microbial activity.
Maintain API stability and packaging integrity for pharmaceutical products sensitive to humidity and oxidation.
Eliminate insects and larvae at all life stages through controlled atmospheres — safe, scalable, and residue-free.
The High Speed MAP Conditioning Unit works as part of a complete Modified Atmosphere Packaging system:
All packaging is designed with the vQm valve sealed inside (that enables efficient gas flushing through one secure connection point at amazing speed), the packaging maintains the controlled atmosphere around the product after treatment.
A reliable seal is essential for maintaining the modified atmosphere inside the packaging. The recommended sealer depends on the selected packaging option.
Designed to measure and verify MAP conditions. Measuring the and CO₂ concentrations supports quality assurance and confirms that the required MAP conditions have been achieved.
Depending on the product density and package size, a full pallet-sized FIBC or wrapped unit can be vacuum-sealed and gas-flushed in within 3 to 5 minutes using our patented vQm High Speed valve.
The unit is designed as a mobile plug-and-play system. It requires a standard electrical power supply and a connection to your gas source (CO2 or N2 ). No heavy structural modifications to your warehouse or packing line are needed.
The system is fully compatible with both Carbon Dioxide (CO2 ) and Nitrogen (N2 ), allowing you to tailor the atmosphere depending on whether your focus is organic insect control, moisture retention, or anti-oxidation.
Yes, the High Speed Vacuum Unit has a compact, mobile design with heavy-duty casters, making it easy to relocate across different warehouse sections or packing bays as operational demands shift.
The unit is built for simple, intuitive operation. However training is required to ensure the sets are taken correctly, and our vQm specialists provide comprehensive setup guidance and operator training upon installation.
Protect your product quality from origin to destination and impress your clients with premium quality deliveries.
