The Impulse Sealer combines a compact generator with a handheld sealing tong, creating a mobile and easy-to-handle sealing solution for thicker flexible packaging materials.

The sealing impulse is generated in the control unit and transferred to the tong, which heats from both sides. This allows relatively thick PE film structures to be sealed reliably.

A built-in spring provides consistent sealing pressure, helping achieve a strong and repeatable seal. The tong can also be used close to the edge of the film material, making it practical for liners, bags and other flexible packaging configurations.
