vQm Handheld, controlled Impulse Sealer

SEALED TO PERFECTION     

To maintain modified atmosphere packaging conditions over an extended period of time, a leak-proof seal is critical. For complex seals that do not simply involve two layers of plastic (e.g. due to gussets, wrinkles etc.), a regular, time-regulated impulse sealer will often not give the desired, reliable results.

vQm developed this special, handheld version of a temperature & cooling-down controlled impulse sealer. The result is a handheld mobile sealer (with 2.6m long cable between generator & seal bar) that can match the performance of fixed, industrial, fully controlled impulse sealers, at a fraction of the cost.

Seal width : 400mm, double-sided impulse heating

Temp range : < 250oC

Seal/cooldown : max. 10 seconds

Seal pressure : adjustable actuator for min. seal pressure to be applied during seal process

Power : 200~230V 50/60Hz

Weight : 16 kg

The sealer comes with a maintenance set (wear parts) for the seal bar and a wall-mount for safe storage.
