The vQm Quadro bags have a unique, vacuum-proof & form-stable liner inside that allows you to modify the atmosphere inside. The 7-layer, high-barrier plastic liner , protects your commodities from external threats (e.g. water/humidity, insects, pollution) while optimum internal (gas) conditions preserves the quality during the full supply chain. Use CO2 to eradicate possible infestation and supresses bacterial development and/or N2 to minimize oxidation/rancidity.
The form-stability, allows easy & optimum container loading, with up to 20% more loading compared to regular big bags. The wide, square base of 105x105cm (unfilled) makes these bags extremely stable, once filled correctly. Since the liner is sewed over all horizontal corners to the outer bag, spilled products will stay on top and cannot come in between the liner and outer bag. This avoids possible contamination during the discharge process.
