Bag-in-Bag

Product Description

vQm Bag-in-Bag Liners are strong, flexible high-barrier liners designed to enclose pallet-sized stacks of individual bags while allowing the products to remain in their original packaging.

The liners are typically manufactured from 7-layer barrier film, including PA/EVOH/PA structures, with a typical thickness of 200 microns. They can be produced to suit common pallet dimensions and are available for different stacking heights. Additional barrier additives can be incorporated where increased moisture protection is required.

The multilayer construction combines high puncture resistance with excellent elongation properties, helping the liner remain flexible during handling while reducing the risk of tearing.

The integrated vQm Two-Way Valve provides one secure connection point for vacuuming and gas flushing. Combined with the vQm Conditioning Units, this allows Modified Atmosphere Packaging conditions to be created directly inside the liner, helping protect the product against moisture, oxidation, mould and insects during storage and transport.

Important: This packaging configuration is primarily recommended for internal storage applications. When used for external transport, additional mechanical protection is required to help prevent puncture or damage to the high-barrier liner.
