The vQm Drum Liner is a flexible round-bottom liner designed for drums, barrels and pails, providing a protective inner packaging layer while allowing the outer container to be reused.
The liner has a specially formed round bottom and can be supplied with either an open top or a bottle-neck opening for easy filling. Depending on the application, liners are available in high-barrier multilayer plastic films or aluminium laminates, in various diameters, heights and material constructions.
The integrated vQm Two-Way Valve provides one secure connection point for vacuuming and gas flushing. Combined with the vQm Conditioning Units, this allows Modified Atmosphere Packaging conditions to be created directly inside the liner, helping protect the product against external moisture ingress, oxidation, mould and insects during storage and transport.
The liner is manufactured in a BRC food grade production environment, supporting its use in packaging applications for food and agricultural commodities.
