The vQm Aluminium Liner is a high-barrier liner designed for use inside FIBCs where maximum protection against oxygen, moisture and light is required.
The liners are available separately or integrated into FIBCs and can be supplied in standard FIBC dimensions, including filling and discharge spouts according to the required configuration. Different material structures are available in thicknesses ranging from 120 to 160 micron.
The aluminium construction provides an excellent barrier against oxygen and water vapour and blocks UV and visible light exposure.
The top spout can be sealed quickly and reliably using a suitable handheld sealer. The aluminium liner is less prone to burn-through during heat sealing, helping achieve a strong and consistent seal with reduced risk of leakage. This makes it particularly suitable for vacuum packaging applications, where seal integrity is critical.
Combined with the Conditioning units, the liner can be used for vacuuming and gas flushing to create Modified Atmosphere Packaging inside the FIBC.
The liner is manufactured in a BRC food grade production environment, supporting its use in packaging applications for food and agricultural commodities.
