The vQm Heat Sealer is a portable, manually operated sealing tool designed for hermetically sealing high-barrier liners made from aluminium laminates.

Its adjustable temperature control and two heated sealing bars provide even heat distribution across the seal. The insulated handles remain comfortable to hold, even when the sealing jaws reach temperatures of up to 250 °C.

The jaws are closed manually and released once the sealing cycle is complete, making the unit straightforward to use in warehouses, production areas and bulk-packing operations.

The heat sealer works perfect for a reliable final seal to maintain the modified atmosphere created inside the MAP liner.
